Ardee Industries Ltd has managed to garner Rs 115 crore through a pre-IPO share placement to nine anchor investors before its IPO.
The deal saw the involvement of investors such as Ashish Kacholia, Winro Commercial headed by Rohit Kothari, Bharat Value Fund, Jaisinghani Family Office, Jagdish Master Family Office, Anuj Sheth Family Office, and Gagan Chaturvedi Family Office.

Winro Commercial and Shruti Gagan Chaturvedi bought 28.3 lakh shares worth Rs 15 crore each.
As per the RHP, Ardee Industries will be raising funds amounting to Rs 320 crore from a fresh issuance of shares, whereas the promoters, Sandeep Aggarwal and Nikunj Aggarwal, will be selling 1.99 crore equity shares via OFS.
