IPO Watch: 9 IPOs to be launched on Dalal Street worth Rs 11,707 crores, 7 IPOs coming next week

The subscription period for Indo-MIM, Lohia Corp, and Xtranet Technologies’ public issues will continue till July 27, and all three will have their shares listed on the stock exchanges on July 30.

The main market calendar is all set to be filled up completely next week as a total of nine IPOs are lined up to enter the Dalal Street in addition to seven newly-listed firms.

These nine companies aim to garner Rs 11,707 crore from their IPOs, of which the total IPO amount of Rs 11,365.22 crore is to be raised in the main board segment.

The Manipal Hospitals chain operated by Manipal Health Enterprises, whose stakeholders include TPG, Temasek, and Dr Ranjan Ramdas Pai, would be the largest IPO among these, raising Rs 9,275.22 crore. While the Bengaluru-headquartered firm with 49 hospitals having 13,037 authorized beds in 14 states and union territories will deploy Rs 5,552.8 crore from net fresh issue proceeds towards repayment of debt, Rs 574 crore for acquisition of minority stake in step-down Subsidiary Sahyadri Hospitals, the rest will be used for general corporate purposes.

Renewable energy company Juniper Green Energy has made its way to capital market with an IPO plan of Rs 1,800 crore. Out of the total funds raised through net offering, Rs 1,411.9 crore will be used for repayment of debt and the remaining for general corporate purposes.

The MV Electrosystems, which is an electrical and power electronics manufacturing company based in Haryana, has announced plans to raise Rs 290 crore through an IPO. These funds raised from the IPO will help the company to meet its long-term working capital requirements, investments in R&D, and general corporate purposes.

Further, there are six fresh companies coming in the SME category, with an offering of Rs 341.78 crore through public offerings. Both Propshop Events & Exhibitions and Advance Technoforge will be the first two to float their initial public offerings on July 27.

Propshop Events & Exhibitions, which provides solutions in the field of exhibitions and trade shows, will raise Rs 28.57 crore through its initial public offerings by selling the shares in the upper range of the price band of Rs 65-69, whereas Advance Technoforge …

This will be followed by an IPO from Poojaa Precision Engg., an automotive components maker from Pune that opens on July 28. At the top-end of the Rs 285-301 per share range, this 53.1 lakh shares issue will raise Rs 159.83 crore for the company.

Next in the line among SME IPOs is HR Hygiene Products, a manufacturer of sanitary napkins based out of Rajkot, under the brand names Femiss and Womanica. The company’s IPO will open for subscription on July 29. The price band has been set at Rs 83-88 per share.

It is raising up to Rs 53.95 crore through IPO of 61.31 lakh shares that include the fresh issue of 49.05 lakh shares with a value of Rs 43.17 crore and Offer for Sale of 12.25 lakh shares valued at Rs 10.78 crore by the promoters.

Dhaval Packaging, the company that provides solutions of plastic packaging, will be the fifth public issue among all of them, to open on July 30. The IPO of 37.48 lakh shares, completely a fresh one, will raise up Rs 36.36 crore at the highest end of price band of Rs 92-97 per share.

Fusion Klassroom Edutech, the educational solutions firm, is set to become the ninth company to make its debut public issue on July 31 with its price band of Rs 151-159 per share. The small and medium enterprise entered the capital market for raising Rs 39.04 crore through an IPO of 24.55 lakh shares, including fresh issue of 19.89 lakh shares, and offer for sale of 4.65 lakh shares.

In addition to this, there will be seven fresh companies which will begin trading in the stock markets next week and these include three companies; Indo-MIM, Lohia Corp and Xtranet Technologies from the mainboard section.

The public offerings by the above mentioned companies will close on 27th July and they will float their stocks on the stock market exchanges on 30th July.

Indo-MIM, the precision engineered component manufacturing company, received an overall bid coverage of 3.07 times for its IPO worth Rs 3,812 crores within the last two days, Lohia Corp, the machinery/equipment manufacturing company for technical textiles, got a bid coverage of 59 percent, whereas Xtranet Technologies, the IT services company, received bid coverage of 1.96 times during the same period.

On the SME segment, Gulf Lloyds (India) will join the BSE SME market from July 27, while Metalic Technoforge will debut on the NSE Emerge market from July 28.

After that will come the turn of Shree Balaji Mala Textiles and Silverstorm Parks & Resorts, whose shares would be listed on the BSE SME market on July 29 and 31, respectively.

Of them all, Silverstorm Parks & Resorts is set to conclude its SME IPO on July 28 with 34 percent subscription till now.
